About

I learned how to create the life I wanted.
Then I had to learn how to hold it.

My work comes from a path I first had to walk myself.

My story

I knew how to create it.
I couldn't always hold it.

For much of my early life, I lacked a strong sense of direction and grounding. Without a strong male role model, confidence, relationships and knowing where I wanted to go didn't come naturally.

I started rebuilding through the body. Martial arts, yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong became much more than practices. They taught me discipline, presence and strength. They gave me something solid inside myself to return to.

Over time, I also discovered that I had an enormous capacity to create momentum. I could have an idea and pursue it intensely. I built a business from zero to more than €50,000 a month in around eighteen months. I could train hard, follow demanding routines and create major changes in my life.

I knew what I wanted. I often knew exactly what I needed to do. And sometimes, I actually created it.

But I couldn't always hold it.

At different moments, the structure would disappear. Discipline would become inconsistency. Healthy routines would give way to losing nights and escaping. Relationships I had invested deeply in would fall apart. I would understand what was happening — sometimes very clearly — and still find myself repeating old patterns.

What I had to understand

Knowing is not the same as embodying.

That became one of the defining questions of my life:

Why can we know exactly what to do, even experience the life we want, and still be unable to sustain it?

Over years of coaching, martial arts, bodywork, meditation and exploring how the nervous system shapes behaviour, I began to understand that knowing is not the same as embodying.

Under pressure, we don't rise to everything we intellectually understand. We tend to return to what has actually become part of us.

Real change has to become something the body can hold. That insight became the foundation of The Body First Method.

Relationships & freedom

What success alone
could not reach.

Relationships became another major part of my path. Heartbreak and the breakdown of my own family forced me to confront patterns around love, boundaries, presence and responsibility. They showed me that relationships can reveal parts of ourselves that success, knowledge and discipline alone cannot reach.

And underneath all of this has always been a desire for freedom.

The freedom to do meaningful work. To have control over my time. To be present for my family. To take care of my body. To love deeply. To pursue what matters to me rather than simply spend my life doing what I'm supposed to do.

My mission

Today, I bring those experiences together in my work. I help people bridge the gap between what they know they're capable of and how they actually live — not by giving them more information, but by helping them build the internal capacity to create the life they want and become the person who can hold it.

That's the work I had to do for myself. And it's the work I now help others do.
