Here's how your data is collected, used and protected when you're on this site. The goal is simple: be transparent, and keep only what I actually need to get back to you.

Data controller
The data controller is Silviu Necoara, a coach based in Strasbourg, France. For any question about your data, reach me through the contact page.
Data collected through the forms
When you fill in a form on the site, the details you send can include:
- your first and last name,
- your email address,
- your phone number (for retreat requests),
- whatever you write in your message.
Purpose: this data does one job, getting back to you and handling your request. It's never sold, and never handed to third parties for commercial use.
Legal basis: your consent, given the moment you send the form.
Newsletter
Newsletter sign-up runs on Brevo, double opt-in: you confirm through a validation email, and nothing lands in your inbox until you do. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, so you're out in one click, whenever you want.
Providers and transfers outside the EU
To keep the site running, a handful of technical providers may handle your data. Several of them sit outside the European Union, mostly in the United States, which can mean your data is transferred outside the EU. Those transfers are covered by contractual safeguards.

Cookies and audience measurement
The site uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to see how it's used and make it better. Both stay off until you consent, through the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, no audience-measurement cookie is placed. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time.
Retention period
Your contact details are kept for as long as we're in touch, then for roughly 3 years after our last exchange (exact period to be confirmed). After that, they're deleted or anonymized. For the newsletter, your data stays on file for as long as you're subscribed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the use of your data. To act on any of these, write to me through the contact page and I'll handle your request as fast as I can.
